RETURNS

I hope that you will be delighted with your Mim Best jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, I will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange a piece. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying me of your intention to return them. Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Mim Best cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned jewellery is adequately insured for its full value. For your protection, I strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, or another fully tracked and insured service, when returning jewellery.

Please contact me before returning an item, stating your reason for return.

Please note that many Mim Best pieces are handmade to order. Where an exchange is requested, the replacement item may need to be specially made and therefore may require additional production time before dispatch.

Items exempt from refunds or exchanges include bespoke pieces and personalised or customised pieces made to a customer's specific size, specification or requirements.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.Please note that many Mim Best pieces are handmade to order.
